How it works?
The welcoming page is pretty sober. You will get an option to either choose the one-year free trial or check out the various paid plans under “Pricing”.
First of all, an account must be created with your basic information. Next, you will be welcomed with a “Getting started guide”. It contains everything, from how to add a project to information about the all the available tools. You will also find video guides that are pretty good and explain the use of the tool precisely. I had no problem in getting used to it once I went through the guides.
To begin working, you need to add a project. The only parameter that needs to be filled is the project name and the time zone. If you are targeting readers from some other part of the world, then you can enter that time zone or simply select the one you’re currently in.
After the project is added, you need to link your social media accounts. I’ve linked my Facebook. Twitter, LinkedIn and Tumblr accounts.
The way to link the accounts was pretty simple. I just had to click on the Connect option below the icons of Facebook and Twitter and authorize permissions. When the accounts were linked, it was confirmed on the screen under the tab ‘Connected Accounts’.
Under the name of your project, you will find various options such as Posts, Bulk Upload, RSS Feed, and Settings.
To add a post, you need to click on the Posts option, and the page will be redirected to the page where there is an option to add a post. On clicking the add post button, a new page will open, where you can compose your post.
There was also the option to select where I wish to post. The character count is also visible so that you can make sure that the post is suitable for Twitter.
If you do not want to post it at that instant, you can schedule it to be posted at the date and/or time of your choosing. The content will be posted automatically when you schedule it automatically across all the accounts you selected. After the post is scheduled, it can be reposted, edited and deleted too.
For bulk uploading, you need to select the Bulk Upload option and download the template spreadsheet in which you can enter the details of the posts and their timings. The size of the spreadsheet is limited to 2 MB, and the number of rows must be less than or equal to 200. Once the excel sheet is uploaded, the posts will be scheduled at the set time.
If you have a blog and need to post regularly, then the option for RSS Feed will be useful. Just fill in the details like the Feed Name, Feed URL, and the Hash Tags. The hashtag feature in RSS Feed will also ensure that the keywords are added to the posts. You can also mentions popular influencers or your colleagues in the hashtags tab, so that you can network better.

As a regular user, I found the software extremely useful, and the user interface was very easy to get used to. The free trial was only good for a month or two if the frequency of the posts was one per day. However, it did give me an entire experience of the tool, which it was meant for.
